To access the full range of 1plus services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 1plus Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1plus reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 1plus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify 1plus support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations, 1plus may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change, you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting 1plus support. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
All financial transactions on the 1plus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to supported Philippine banks may also be accepted.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 1plus wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the originating bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 1plus does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 1plus reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
The following funding methods are strictly prohibited on the 1plus Platform and must not be used under any circumstances:
All transactions are monitored for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.
From time to time, 1plus may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.
All games available on the 1plus Platform — including live casino tables, slot machines, fishing arcade games, bingo rooms, and any other game categories — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
All game outcomes on 1plus are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. 1plus does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are final once a game round is completed and confirmed by the system.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 1plus reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. No additional compensation will be provided for interrupted rounds unless otherwise determined by our support team on a case-by-case basis.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1plus Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 1plus makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of 1plus to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1plus account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your privacy is important to 1plus. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
1plus collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 1plus informally by contacting our support team. 1plus will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
